As everyone’s trying to incorporate more turmeric and ginger to our daily diet, here’s one fool proof recipe, that I learnt from my aunt, Ujwala Rao. She lives in Bhopal and is a North Indian cooking expert. Needless to say, with her guidance, this kadhi turned out to be better than what I could have imagined. And the effort? Head to the recipe and you’ll be surprised too. Best enjoyed with rice or roti.
