After a successful Live Dessert Bar at Smoor Chocolates in September, we hosted and curated the second Live Dessert Bar earlier this week. With Christmas around the corner, there is a magical nip in the air. We thought what better way to celebrate this Christmas if not with a warm cup of hot chocolate, marshmallow snowman, and ginger cookies? It was time to bring our Star Chef Chetan out of the kitchen, to demonstrate to our 10 special participants, the art of plating desserts.

The special Christmas menu card included Decadent, Plated Plum cake with raspberry sauce, Hot Chocolate with marshmallow snowman, Balloon Brownie, and a Litchi Raspberry Sundae.

A big shout out to the team at Smoor Chocolates for helping us organize this event and to all the participants who added life to the event.

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of curating the event, meeting new friends, and adding yet another wonderful memory to our Smoor Chocolates life. Until next time :)
